Arena 51 prioritises the health and safety of our customers and team. We regularly monitor the latest developments and review our operating procedures to comply with the health guidelines.

1. Expanded Cleaning Practices. All Archery Tag and Bubble Arena equipment are thoroughly disinfected with antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial cleaner between sessions. Additionally, all equipment will be taken off the inventory for 48 hours.
2. Hygiene Practices. Hand sanitisers will be made available for our clients throughout the session. All players will be directed to sanitise/wash their hands prior to entering the court.
• Archery Tag: Equipment will be allocated to each player at the start of the session. Players will be asked to retain and utilise the same protective equipment (face mask and arm guards) throughout the session.
• Bubble Arena: Players will be asked to utilise the same bubble suits throughout the session.

3. Fewer Interactions. All waivers should be completed online, prior to arrival. If you haven’t completed a waiver, we’ll ask you to complete it on your mobile phone.

4. Hands Off Correction. For your safety, our facilitators will be providing guidance using verbal cues only.
5. Reduced Session Size. To ensure a minimum of 6 feet of personal distance between players, we are limiting group sizes to 10 players for Bubble Arena and 40 players for Archery Tag.
6. Social Distancing Measures. The use of bunkers will be temporarily suspended to enable physical distancing. Group photos will not be taken until further notice.
7. Health questionnaire. Temperatures of the players and employees will be taken as a condition of entry. Players and employees should not attend if they:
a. Are experiencing flu-like symptoms such as difficulty breathing, cough, flu, sore throat or loss of sense of taste or smell;
b. Have a temperature (37.5° or higher);
c. Are waiting for their test results or have been directed to self-isolate;
d. Have been in contact with someone who has tested positive or have been in a known hotspot within the last 14 days; or
e. Have been overseas within the last 14 days

8. Our Employees. All Arena 51 employees will be wearing face masks.
